2. Return Window

Any damaged items, incorrect deliveries, or order-related concerns must be reported within 6 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for return or replacement support.

3. Policy by Product Category

A. Tobacco Consumables (TEREA, HEETS, etc.)

Non-Returnable: Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, opened or unsealed tobacco consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect Flavor Delivered: If you receive a flavor different from your order, please keep the packaging sealed and contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

B. Electronic Devices (IQOS ILUMA, LAMBDA, etc.)

Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your device fails to turn on or function properly upon first use, we will provide a replacement without any extra cost.

Manufacturing Faults: Electronic devices purchased from our store are covered by a 2-Day Replacement Warranty against internal manufacturing defects.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to physical damage, liquid exposure, scratches, misuse, accidental damage, or issues caused by incompatible chargers or accessories.

4. Change of Mind

If you decide to return a product due to personal preference or change of mind, the item must remain unopened, unused, factory-sealed, and in resalable condition.
