Same Day Delivery (Within 2 Hours): Enjoy quick delivery within 2 hours in Sharjah and across major UAE cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery times may slightly vary depending on your exact location and order confirmation time.

3. Shipping Charges

We provide FREE delivery on all orders above 200 AED. For orders below 200 AED, a standard delivery fee of 30 AED applies. Need it faster? Choose our Express Delivery option for just 50 AED.

5. Important Requirements

At iqosheetssharjah.ae, we are committed to delivering only 100% authentic, original, and factory-sealed IQOS, TEREA, and HEETS products. Due to the nature of tobacco consumables and electronic devices, we strictly follow UAE hygiene and safety regulations to ensure product quality and customer safety.

2. Return Window

Any issue, damage, or incorrect order must be reported within 6 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, requests raised after this time frame will not be accepted.

3. Policy by Product Category

A. Tobacco Consumables (TEREA, HEETS, etc.)

Non-Returnable: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product seal is opened or packaging is tampered with.

Wrong Flavor Received: If you receive a different flavor than ordered, please keep the box sealed and contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement without any hassle.

B. Electronic Devices (IQOS ILUMA, LAMBDA, etc.)

Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your device is not working upon first use, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Manufacturing Defects: Devices are covered under a 2-Day Replacement Warranty for any internal technical issues.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover physical damage, water exposure, scratches, misuse, or use with non-compatible accessories.

4. Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, it must be unused, unopened, and in original factory-sealed condition.

In such cases, a return shipping fee of AED 30 will be applicable, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and verified by our team:

Credit Card Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days (depending on your bank).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit. Cash refunds via courier are not available.

Before Dispatch: Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund with no deductions.
